For weekly classes, our studio requires at least 2 people to be registered, for any class to take place. Minimum registration numbers for a special event may differ.
Should a class or an even be cancelled by the studio, the pass you purchased for the class/event will be returned to your studio account for future use.
No refunds are offered back to credit cards. We are not able to make any exceptions to this policy.
Our early cancellation window for weekly classes is 12 hours before the class start time. Please, note that early cancellation window for special events and workshops may be different.
Should a cancellation by the student occur within that window, the class pass will be returned to the student’s studio account for future use.
If the cancellation by student did not occur within our early cancellation window, the pass will be considered used by the student.
